Blues To Do Live Feb 2015

Another fantastic line-up for the February edition of Blues To Do Live presented by Thunder Road Guitars. New addition: Blues To Do Audio Podcast recording of news, calendar, new releases, and Reason of the Week for the Blues starts at 6PM/live music 8PM.

An artist well known to Flint, Michigan audiences, Heather Jones recalls the great classic soul singers of yesteryear as she carves out her own beautifully modern niche. Chestnut covers and originals infused with rockin’ blue collar grit and soul.

THE LORI HARDMAN BAND
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17th – 8PM
The Lori Hardman Band bring classic rock and R&B to the stage with flare. Ass kicking delivery, great material and right on pitch, Lori nails the lead vocals, backed by the always solid John Gulla on guitar, and more with Gary Chester bringing the slide guitar, and just what you want on bass from Al Smith and Daniel McMillian on drums. Very danceable stuff!

LADIES SING THE BLUES:
AN ALL-STAR MUSIC COLLABORATION
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24th – 8PM
This wildly successful concept features the best women artists in the Northwest in an all women blues jam including various outstanding vocalists in a woman’s musical collective always on the last Tuesday of each month.

BLUES TO DO LIVE is recorded for TV and streaming live
on the internet, every Tuesday night, 8PM and is hosted by
MARLEE WALKER, Queen of Seattle Blues for the last thee decades.
